So the Navy is posting a summary of court martial results, in an attempt to show transparency.

Although it is good to see this, we need to put this in context. What I wish they would put at the bottom is some statistics, namely:
- Conviction rate of sexual assaults in Navy vs. general population
- Crime rates in Navy vs. general population
Reading the list just highlights the problems and doesn't put it in context. Comparing it to the rest of the nation would.
