For those of you on shore duty, think about how often you use Outlook, Word, and the dreaded Powerpoint. Despite all the training sent our way, most people haven't actually taken any formal training in any of the Microsoft products that we use on a daily basis.
NKO used to offer classes, but NKO is down (due to security upgrades) and the classes are no longer sponsored. Microsoft actually has a nice website with training:

It has the various versions of Outlook, Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and other products that you use all the time. Take the hour that you might otherwise spend on Facebook and familiarize yourself with the products you use on a daily basis. It will save you a lot more time and effort in the future than you think.
