Recommended reading!
I finally started a recommended reading list. It will consist of books I actually have read, and include the points I think are relevant to today. It will be biased towards more modern conflicts, because I feel there is too big a focus on World War II and not enough on modern conflicts that the Naval Officer of today faces.
To start it off is probably my favorite book, Good to Great by Jim Collins.
