Changes:
- Added 5311 SSP for Electrical Engineering with Energy Focus for completing the 593 sequence at Naval Postgraduate School.
- Added the GC1 AQD for mid-career course completion for IDC officers.
- Added the KG0 AQD for EOD Department Heads
- Added the 93E AQD for supply officers qualified as Navy Expeditionary Warfare Supply Officers.
Still no Volume II updates though.
