I'm planning on putting together a page for FITREP guidance (similar to the LES page, but in much more depth). Something unique, something different from what's already out there, and hopefully something helpful to the folks that have to put FITREPs and EVALs together every year.
At a minimum, it'll have some objective ranking guidance tools, successful POAMs, and lots of bullet examples. The question is, what do YOU need?
