We're beginning to test a system called eKM (Enterprise Knowledge Management) for electronically routing and maintaining paperwork, as well as managing a command calendar. You can create a login with your CAC here: https://ekm.nmci.navy.mil/. So far, what I've initially seen is quite positive, and I would love to never see a blue folder with paper to sign ever again.
